1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using 24CRM, you confirm that you are authorized to represent your institution and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

24CRM provides a SaaS platform designed for schools and educational institutions to manage:

  • Student & staff data

  • Attendance and academics

  • Communication with parents

  • Fees and financial tracking

  • Reports and analytics

  • Other education-related workflows

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at our sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes

  • Not misuse or exploit any system features

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

All institutional and student data entered into 24CRM remains the property of the client (school/institute). We act only as a data processor and ensure the data is stored securely. Refer to our [Privacy Policy] for more details.

5. Payment & Subscription

  • Services may be offered on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

  • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • All fees once paid are non-refundable unless specified in a written agreement.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to 24CRM:

  • If you violate these Terms

  • For non-payment

  • Upon written request from you

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, logos, and content provided by 24CRM are the exclusive property of 24CRM Technologies and protected under intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a secure and reliable service, but:

  • 24CRM is provided “as is” and “as available”

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for data loss due to user error, third-party services, or force majeure events

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Katni, Madhya Pradesh.
